Phase I Environmental Site Assessments

If you are buying, selling, leasing, or lending, the environmental history of the property has the potential to impact you. GeoTek offers Phase I Environmental Site Assessments that review the past and current environmental use of a property. The Phase I report is a review of current site environmental conditions and past site use through a site visit, government document review, and review of historical data such as aerial photographs, fire insurance maps, and city directories. Our assessments meet or exceed the current ASTM 1527 Standard or the EPA All-Appropriate-Inquiry Rule depending on your needs.

If you are looking for limited environmental due diligence, the ASTM 1528 Transaction Screen may be the right fit. The Transaction Screen questionnaire and limited government records search are a simplified scope of work to assess potential environmental concerns.

GeoTek's Phase I staff consists of several Environmental Professionals with many years of experience. In addition, GeoTek offers related services such as asbestos inspections, lead paint testing, and contamination assessments for your convenience.
